And made all the more special by being carried by our own fair hands to the reception!
what was it? A giant biscuit? Flapjack?
giant cookie. the smell of vanilla was most tempting, but our table was most abstemious and didn’t start it till after dinner. The bridesmaids behind us had eaten half theirs before everyone had sat down, but they probably didn’t have a noon stop-off at the tesco cafĂ© for a pre-wedding cheese toastie like we did!
I think you’ll find there is an amusingly unnecessary apostrophe in there….
