Spam Fritter
As regular visitors may have noted, I (and Dougal) am currently being spammed to hell in the comments. So, as an attempt to stem the flow I have switched on comment moderation. In theory those of you who have already commented sucessfully in the past may get to skip this step; who knows.
In any case I really need to write something first before I can reasonably expect comments. Having a lovely couple of relaxing days at my mum and dad’s just now; would post pics of wonderful Christmas Dinner only the SD card in my camera died on Boxing Day with the loss of all my xmas photaes. Which is awfy sad for you guys.
Didn’t realise/notice the spam problem. More food porn when you have time/inclination/camera!
didn’t realise you had been having problems. If you get the time and energy to do more food blogging, it would be grand, but maybe the energy has to go elsewhere meantime…
Sorry to hear of your camera troubles, so annoying! I hope you have a great New Year planned and that this comment works. Ps Did I tell you I’ve said I’ll take part in the Edinburgh marathon? Only in a relay capacity but still…..!
comments not exactly working as I would hope -which is to say even once I’ve approved a comment it doesn’t seem to want to appear, and even once I’ve said it is ’spam’ it often lingers!
agh! even *my* comments need approved before they are visible!!
Yep, we are getting pummelled at the moment and I think there are other back-end issues that is causing it to be slower than it otherwise would be. Boo :-(
