One of my pregnancy staples when I was carrying Jack was Nutella slathered all over homemade banana bread.
you will of course suffer a premature death… probably due to an excess of Pleasure!

@ Lisa: Dougal read this, just as he was heading out to the shops before tea, and wondered aloud whether he ought to try and pick up some bananas too!
