IASAFB (I am still a food blogger)
Normal service will be resumed shortly. I had fallen into my traditional January-ish hole (getting in from work, eating tea, and then wanting only to go to bed and sleep until tomorrow) and was just crawling out of it when I got some sad news and that knocked the stuffing out of me slightly.
Fear not, dear readers, for it takes a lot to steal my appetite, and so the cooking adventures are continuing apace. Keep coming back. There’s one recipe already below (back-dated).

Ali- Tis Slow-roast Tomatoes, Goat’s Cheese and Mint Salad wot I made way back at the beginning of the challenge (over a year ago now) but also repeated a couple of times, cos it was lovely. I’ve been meaning to change the header for a while, actually
Ken- not sure. This is something I’ve been giving some thought to, how to re-structure both the blog and also my writing. There is even a post on the subject, albeit still very much in the pipeline.

Hope all is well! We made Nigella’s maple chicken again the other night and there’s another batch marinating. You inspired me to cook at home!!
