		<description>Cheers Sarah- I too had surmised that the only commercially available butterscotch morsels were Tollhouse ones like those you link to. Unfortunately that&#039;s not much use for me as I&#039;ve &lt;a href=&quot;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nestl%C3%A9_boycott&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;boycotted Nestlé&lt;/a&gt; for many years now, and Tollhouse are one of Nestlé&#039;s american lines. 

However, the are clearly the real deal; if you scrutinise the inside covers of Nigella Express you can actually see the Tollhouse bag, in amongst the chilli sauce and the Clement de Faugier and all the other fine looking foods.

My last hope is a friend whose parents own an Italian restaurant. There seemed to be plenty of butterscotch chips for sale online if you were looking for wholesale; Ariana assures me that her restaurant get them for sundaes and that she&#039;ll be able to shout me a cup or two in return for some muffiny goodness. So, watch this space, there may be more to come!</description>
